I was a little apprehensive at first about ordering an espresso machine from overseas, but it was one of my best experiences with online ordering. With lower shipping prices than many domestic companies, it was only 26 hours in transit from Italy to the USA! In addition to having the best selection and prices I could find on the web, the numerous follow-up emails and overall service were just excellent.
